Religious Education at ICC

Welcome to Our Parish Religious Education Program!

At Immaculate Conception Church, we believe in nurturing the spiritual growth of our children and youth, fostering a deeper understanding of our Catholic faith, and building a vibrant community. Our Religious Education Program is dedicated to partnering with parents, who are the primary educators of their children, in passing on the rich traditions, teachings, and values of the Catholic Church.

Through engaging lessons, age-appropriate activities, prayer, and community service, we strive to:

• Form Disciples: Help young people develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and grow in their understanding of God's love.

• Teach Our Faith: Explore the stories of the Bible, the sacraments, the Creed, Catholic social teaching, and the lives of the saints.

• Prepare for Sacraments: Provide comprehensive preparation for First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, and Confirmation.

• Build Community: Create a welcoming and supportive environment where children can connect with peers and adult catechists who share their faith.

• Encourage Service: Inspire young people to live out their faith through acts of charity and service to others.

Our dedicated team of catechists are committed volunteers who share their time and talent to guide our students on their faith journey.

We offer classes for 1st through 8th Grade on Sundays from September thru April.
